Logan's first professional opportunity came two months later.
He almost refused it.
"Why?"
We were standing inside Apex.
He shrugged.
"I don't know if I'm doing this because I love it or because everyone expects it."
That was the most mature thing I had ever heard him say.
"So find out."
"How?"
"Remove the audience."
He frowned.
"Train without posting."
"For how long?"
"A month."
He looked horrified.
"That's cruel."
"Ranger training was easier."
He laughed.
But he did it.
No videos.
No followers.
No highlight reels.
Thirty days later, he knocked on my door.
"I love fighting."
"Good."
"But I hated needing people to watch."
"Better."
He accepted the fight.
Not because Grant wanted him to.
Not because social media expected it.
