Chapter 16 - Grant Whitmore’s Apology
Grant sold his interest in the companies connected to Hale and Caldwell.
Then he did something nobody expected.
He donated the profits from one development to a foundation supporting military families.
He asked me to attend the announcement.

Now he simply said:
"Fair enough."
Before leaving, he handed me something.
The original video.
The one where Logan challenged me.
"I deleted every copy I control."
"Why?"
"You didn't consent to becoming entertainment."
That surprised me more than the donation.
"Thank you."
He smiled.
"I'm learning."
"So is your son."
"So am I."
